The only consistent methodology used is to guide our process, which is called the GROW model, created by Sir John Whitmore in his 1992 book Coaching for Performance. At Potencia, I use a customized set of supports depending on your goals, supported by research in areas such as cognitive coaching, personality science, and organizational psychology.
