Module 1: Appreciate Self

You will learn to tell your story and understand yourself through the lens of your history, your strengths, and your values. You will leave this module with a clear mission, not just for work - but for your life.

Outcomes:

Tell the story of your life, building understanding and appreciation for yourself
Articulate your values, what is important to you and
Craft an inspiring mission statement that dedicates your life to others of your choosing

Module 2: Leading Self

You will start with the 6-week Positive Intelligence Program that helps you unlock your best self through building strong mental fitness habits, self-love, and new patterns of thinking and feeling that don't involve your inner saboteurs. We will also work on habits, energy, and prioritization at work and in your life.

Outcomes:

Greater self-love and ability to be relaxed and present
Reduced stress and power of the inner saboteurs
Overall greater happiness, productivity and creativity

Module 3: Leading Others

You will start with understanding your leadership tendencies, strengths, and areas for development. Through coaching and role play, you will work through your toughest leadership challenges while building new skills.

You will:

Build a vision for your team and articulate your mission for the company
Refine key leadership skills needed to thrive as a senior leader
Become a stronger advocate, mentor, coach and manager to build up those around you

Module 4: Transitioning

You will design your plan for your next leadership challenge, whether that is a promotion or a new opportunity. You will design your personal brand, practice thought leadership, and build the relationships and power needed to snag that next role. And you will transition into that next level of leadership seamlessly.

Outcomes:

Ability to project the brand image you want
Build the relationships and influence needed to rise further
Transition powerfully into your new leadership role and make an immediate impact
